Dayspring Saturday Science

The SATURDAY SCIENCE Program gives children the opportunity to learn science process and critical thinking skills by doing fun experiments and games with scientists from various fields such as biology, physics, forensics, chemistry, and geology. Guided by these experts, children will develop observation, inquiry, hypothesis-testing, and creative thinking skills. The program is designed for children in grades 4 through 8 and operates for two hours each Saturday morning for six weeks during the school year. *Program fees are based on a sliding fee scale. Also, a limited number of program scholarships are available for qualifying students.
